Your story matters.
Let’s tell it right.

Video production for organisations trying to make life better for people who need it.

Any agency can show you a great showreel.

The showreel is the agency’s best work, cut to impress you. Ours is too (check it out). What a reel can’t show you is how they work.

What you’re really picking is who’s on set when something goes wrong. Footage gets lost. The light is bad. Your talent was obviously uncomfortable. Small things stack up until the video is almost useless. Or it comes back technically fine and still manages to be tokenistic. Either way that’s $10,000 on something you’d rather not put on your own site.

That’s the problem we built Vidzero around.

The same kind of interview being made. The monitor beside the camera holds the framed shot while the set around it is full of stands, cables and crew.

We make filming easier.

Every producer here is trained to work with vulnerable talent, and they know how to help people open up. It’s the reason so many organisations in the disability space have let us film the people they look after.

Discovery, pre-production, production, post. Every studio runs those four stages, us included. What none of them cover is how you get someone comfortable enough to say what they actually mean.

For Adrian that part’s personal. His son has a disability, and he’s very connected to that space. Read his story

We’ve helped 100 charities for free.

It started with Adrian and his co-founder calling charities out of nowhere and offering to film for free, to see what happened.

Charity after charity said yes, and the favour turned into a mission: a hundred causes filmed, free, across everything from disability services to fundraisers.

They work, too. Girls and Boys Brigade played theirs at one fundraiser and tripled what they’d ever raised. People finally understood what they do.

The questions we always get.

We’ve given away close to 100 films, and we can’t take on completely free projects any more. What we do offer is lo-bono pricing for new charities, discounted so the support stays within reach. Get in touch and tell us about your organisation.

Anywhere from under $5,000 to past $50,000, depending on what we’re making. Tell us what you’re after and you’ll get a straight number.

That’s what our producers are for. They’ve told enough of these stories that people open up to them, and the same producer runs your project from the first call to the final cut, so the person on set already knows you and your people.

Plenty of our work is commercial. Brand films, social content, commercials, event coverage, training videos, for clients whose values line up with ours.

A lot of our work happens in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, but we’ve got operators all around Australia.
